Return & Refund Policy
At Knight Chews, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
Returns
Because our products are consumable and meant for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Additionally, even unopened products may no longer meet our safety standards once they leave our facility, making them unsuitable for resale. Refunds can only be issued if adequate proof of a legitimate issue is provided.
Return Process
If you receive a defective product, one damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return, provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos as proof.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error. In such cases we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Eligibility & Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Refunds are only issued for products that arrive defective or damaged.
- We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Subscription Cancellations
We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you cancel your subscription on the same day it renews and the renewal has already been processed.
